The Call manager is the central operating element for setting up, accepting and clearing calls, for defining presence states as well as directing access to the repeat dialing list, call diversion, journal and telephone book displays.
The Presence display is offering up-to-date telephone and presence states of other subscribers via colored icons. As an option, synchronization with Microsoft Exchange Server is possible, whereby the presence status or the presence profile is always compared with Microsoft Outlook. But the Presence display offers much more than just displaying states – it provides a varienty of features like pick-up, send SMS, text messages or emails, activate a call back – or even control the login state of agents within the Mitel 400 Call Centre.
The Telephone book offers easy access to all available address books and personal contacts. User-friendly search and sort functions lead you quickly to the desired subscriber. Using the optional linking to Microsoft Exchange or to your local Outlook clien, your contacts can be directly called.
The Journal offers access to a clearly laid out list of all calls, text and voice messages that have already been received, filters for missed and answered calls and a redial list. For individual entries a notepad is available.
